Ok first of lets clarify... the best meal of the day has to be be breakfast. Even though its one of the quickest meals its the best! A good breakfast is a great way to get fueled and ready for a long day... Also, there are so many different ways to make your breakfast! So... today I have decided to share with you my three favorite breakfast meals!
1) Alpen fresh breakfast -

2) Qi'a coconut -

△ Herbal tea goes great with the oatmeal by the way!
3) Crunchy morning granola -

△ Milk
△ Frozen berries and frozen fruit
△ Cinnamon
